Not just silly faces…
Strawberry Switchblade – Strawberry Switchblade
Polka-dotted Jill Bryson and Rose McDowell [sic] make a reasonable debut album.
The excellent Since Yesterday is included and the tracks like Let Her Go are equally as catchy and melodic.
The smattering of brass throughout is effective but the more wispish numbers like Secrets and Being Cold are a bit plain.
A patchy record that shows the girls are of more substance than their ridiculous image suggests.
